WHY PAY HIGH PRICE ONSITE SERVICE, SEND YOUR MILL TO US AND GET IT FIXED CORRECTLY WITHOUT ALL THE HIGH PRICE SERVICE BILLS.
There's a lot of companies out there that might make you think they need to charge you large amounts of money to fix your Bridgeport Mill. Don't don't believe it and don't be fooled, when it comes to service. We build around 120 machines a year, more than most in this industry, the other shops want to make you think this is precision high end type repairs. But actually, these mills are simple and pretty basic to repair. They may be time consuming sometimes, but no need for a  rocket scientist in the basic machine application.
All the mills we rebuild come with our TAS ELSR Control System and our 3 HP motors, they are safer and OSHA Compliant unlike your mill that's not updated. If outside shops was to do what we offer it would cost them 5,000 more to complete the machine. We offer it, because we are the source, for these updated items and many more items these other rebuilders are buying, built right here in Ohio and supported at the Berea Ohio facility. Come direct and save your money on expensive repairs.
No better deal on these mills than right here at TAS IRON LTD, save money and get what you deserve in a mill.

Call 440-336-4379 for service, you may text this number and leave your information.

Over 37 Years in the machine tool industry offering quality machines and parts. Our Rebuilt Bridgeport Milling Machines are some of the best being offered in the Industry today.

We make all of our Mills OSHA Compliant, most do not follow safety protocol. When you say we rebuilt a machine (just painting them don't count) you are obligated to bring that machine into compliance of that year. E-stop circuits that are latching and need to be reset to clear issue, I mostly only see ours complying. It takes more money to do this feature on our part, but its standard with our control. Even the Chinese-Taiwanese-USA hybrid Bridgeport Mills being made today don't come with E-stops (Where is the exception)
New Compliance Standards coming up, when you introduce a Power Feed unit onto any axis, does it stop when you press the E-Stop Button on your machine, if it does not, why not. Adding a exterior relay circuit to cover other powered items is not hard and should be a concern for all Industrial buyers when selecting their New Machine or Rebuilt Bridgeport Milling Machine.
